As a consultant, I've had the privilege of advising senior executives on a range of strategic topics, from digitisation and innovation to business development. I've helped various clients identify strategic growth levers and navigate complex operational challenges, benefitting from my expertise in disruptive and sustaining innovation. On behalf of the Sparkassenstiftung, I created a management tool to enhance strategic decision-making, advised partner institutions on aligning business and growth strategies, and had the opportunity to work on exciting digitisation projects, such as conducting a feasibility study on the implementation of a mobile payment service initiative for a leading financial institution in Vietnam. Additionally, I developed an innovative concept for a global energy management and automation solutions company in France, incorporating open innovation practices and university partnerships, and provided advice on investment and liquidity strategies for a financial technology startup, for which I also served in quarterly board meetings as an advisory board member.
