Throughout my career, I have built and implemented innovations in large organizations and an award-winning technology startup. My experience has allowed me to understand both environments, bridging the gap between corporate speak, innovation needs, and the potential of trailblazing ideas within the startup ecosystem. As a consultant, I aim to share this expertise with clients interested in the value of innovation, providing support throughout the scouting and implementation process.

Outside of work, I consider myself a global citizen and feel fortunate to have lived and worked in various countries, which has sparked my interest in culture and languages. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors – being based in Hong Kong, a city that draws you outside – and I spend most of my weekends on trails, tennis courts, and beaches.

I hold joint master's degrees in Global Marketing and Entrepreneurship (Hong Kong Baptist University, Grenoble École de Management) as well as in Banking Strategy and Leadership (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management), which followed a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance.

I have been honored with several awards that reflect my commitment to innovation and excellence, including winning the HKSTP Art x Tech Startup Competition, receiving a HK$300,000 grant for my contributions at the intersection of art and technology, the HKBU Entrepreneurship Award as well as the Academic Excellence Award for outstanding academic performance.
